　　廣受媒體關(guān)注的英國人質(zhì)比格利2004年9月29日出現(xiàn)在卡塔爾半島電視臺播放的畫面上，他再次呼吁英國首相布萊爾滿足綁架者的要求，釋放被關(guān)押的伊拉克女囚犯。英國外交大臣承認(rèn)救人希望渺茫。
