DTS50-500系列小型多能提取濃縮回收機(jī)組
　　本機(jī)組是我廠在借鑒國內(nèi)外同類產(chǎn)品的基礎(chǔ)上研究開發(fā)的新產(chǎn)品，它集多能提取、真空濃縮為一體，簡化了操作程序。同時(shí)由于整個(gè)提取和濃縮是在封閉的流路中進(jìn)行，因而避免了“跑”、“冒”、“漏”等現(xiàn)象，藥渣采用電動(dòng)提升出料，改善了工作環(huán)境，降低了能耗。本機(jī)組與物料接觸部分全部采用不銹鋼制造，符合藥品衛(wèi)生要求。本機(jī)組適用于醫(yī)院、藥廠、食品行業(yè)對(duì)中草藥液、果汁等物質(zhì)的提取和濃縮，以及有機(jī)溶媒的回收。

This unit is a kind of new product developed by our factory on the basis of similar domestic and international products. It integrates multi-function extraction and extrinsic cycle evaporation and simplifies operational procedures. Since the whole extraction and enrichment is done within closed stream, it does not have any leakage. For the dregs is lifted and discharged electrically, the working condition is improved and energy-consumption is reduced. The parts in contact with material within this unit are all made of stainless steel in conformity with sanitary requirement for medicines. This unit is suitable for extraction and enrichment of Chinese medicinal herb chemicals, lowcarbon high quality fruit juice and recycling of organic solvent in hospitals, pharmaceutical factories and foodstuff industry.
