Brief Introduction
DAL-600 type quick-opening pressure filter is new product of 1980s. Its main feature is adopting quick-opening structure of gear and gear rack pushing and locking selfs-ealing device in replacement of that bolt locking compulsory plane sealing. And it is supplied with reliable safety interlock device.
Usage
This machine uses filter screen made of OCr18Ni9 material and filter cloth or filter paper as filter medium, letting fluid flow through filtration pores in every layer while
keeping particles in the fluid on medium, so as to separate sedimentary particles and obtain required settled fluid or solid materials. This equipment is used in phar-maceutics, chemical industry, light industry or foodstuff industry.
Features
DAL-600 type quick-opening pressure filter is intermittent manually operated equipment. It features compact structure, good sealing, high efficiency, easy installation or
dismantle, and low labor intensity. Its filter screen and filter pan is made of 1mm thick OCr18Ni9 material by advanced once-mold technique. The filter pan is laminated
horizontally. It has the following advantages:
1. reducing pulling-out or cracking of filter cake;
2. small amount of residual liquid after filtering;
3. optimal clarity obtainable with filter cloth and paper.
